This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed to interpret and utilize legal survey plans. Through theoretical instruction and practical exercises, participants develop a comprehensive understanding of the various components of a survey plan, its importance and applications in the real estate and property development sector.
Objectives
- Define the role of a Professional Land Surveyor in real estate and land development projects
- Identify the types of Plans produced by a Land Surveyor for real estate and land development projects
- Interpret various components of Survey Plans
- Discuss the purpose of the Surveyor’s Certificate and Report
- Utilize a Plan for Real Estate transactions
