1 - Industry Vetted - Top Talent:
Referrals have gone through a 4+ month vetting process from site supervisors that securely qualifies them to be driven individuals dedicated to building a trades career. They are eager, reliable, and hard working. They have gone through:
    - 2 months in class where they focus on math, measurement and hands on skills (framing, drywall, painting, installing roughins) 

     - 2 months on-site, where they are doing hard, physical labour work that helps prepare them for the reality of careers in the trades. 

Our site supervisors only approve folks to move forward if/when they have proven themselves onsite to be ready. 

All referrals are equipped with a comprehensive list of certifications: WHMIS, OHSA, and Working at Heights.

2 - Free Trial & No Cost (w potential Incentives)

We offer up to one week free trial with candidates, where we keep them on our payroll. That way you as the employer have no risk/cost if you decide they are not a fit. 

They will come prepared with whatever tools they need. 

If you register them as an apprentice we can support you in securing $5k to $10k of funding to help cover their cost.
