Workshop Overview
Learn how to improve upon traditional scheduling that uses the critical path method. While CPM is a method that has been used for many decades there are many problems that make it slow to recover and adapt to impacts and changes to the schedule. The Last Planner™ System takes the CPM master schedule at the highest level and provides a methodology that is designed to increase productivity and accountability through collaboratively managing workflow on a project.
