<p>Our Client, a General Contractor, is seeking a qualified Site Superintendent join their team on a permanent basis. <br/><br/>The qualified candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:<br/><br/>* Assume the lead site superintendent role for a hospital project East of Toronto<br/>* Responsible to supervise all trades on the project site <br/>* Must document and log the progress of the project <br/>* Assist and follow the project scheduling and planning <br/>* Maintain constant communication with Project Manager<br/>* Must interact with foreman's, supervisors, and all trades to maintain communication on the status of the project<br/>* Trouble shoot situations, and make sure the project stays on time and budget<br/><br/>The candidate Must have the following qualifications:<br/><br/>* Must have proven experience working from start to finish on a hospital project as a Site Superintendent.<br/>* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Superintendent <br/>* Experience writing and documenting site information and progress<br/>* Excellent communication skills and detailed oriented<br/>* Strong computer skills - Work, Outlook and Excel<br/><br/>Interested candidates can apply directly to www.thingamajob.com.<br/><br/>Thank you for your application, however only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted. <br/></p>
