Broccolini Construction Inc. is a builder and developer offering construction management, design-build and turn-key project solutions to the industrial, commercial and residential sectors.  We are currently looking for Site Superintendents to join our team in Toronto.

Broccolini’s Site Superintendents act as vital partners to the company’s success.  They closely monitor their job sites at all times to ensure projects are built according to plans, specifications and applicable building codes.  Furthermore, they maintain and update the project schedule and ensure milestones are met, oversee site safety regulations and labor & material quality standards, chair site meetings, maintain daily logs and execute any other tasks that lead to the successful completion of their projects.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

·        A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, supervising construction sites for commercial and industrial projects

·       A minimum of a technical diploma in a construction-related field or equivalent

·        Above-average leadership skills – ability to promote teamwork and rally the team towards the same objective

·         Proven safety record

·        Ability to plan and manage to a project schedule

·        Proven record in ability to maintain the highest quality standards in labor and materials.

·        Solid communication skills
