Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Civil and High Rise construction in Canada is a complex web of design, procurement and supply chain management.   With its own unique rules of play and legal concepts, a two day adventure to look at the basics of the overall industry serves the student well.   Augmenting CCA’s Construction 101 prescribed content, the facilitator adds group exercises, group role playing such as owners, general contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants brain storming together to break down the silos that prevail in the everyday delivery of a construction project.  There is no other forum quite like it that brings all stakeholders together at the same time!
