Course starts April 17 and runs for 10 weeks. Times are from 7-9 p.m and will be held at TCA.

The Blueprint Reading and Estimating Course – Level II is designed for contractors, office personnel and suppliers working in the construction industry who have work related experience in estimating and/or who have taken the Level I Course.

Key learning  points include; advanced understanding of drawing involving study of set of actual project documents, basic study of building construction and methods, understanding building materials, interpretation of general conditions, estimating construction costs, including excavation, concrete and masonry, preparation of project tender, cost control during  design and construction and introduction to scheduling.   This course conforms to CCA Gold Seal standards.  There is a written exam at the end of the course and passing students will receive a certificate, suitable for framing.  All course material is supplied.
