Criteria

1. Must be a TCA Member.
2. If selected and not a member, opportunity to join is presented immediately.
3. Must be under the age of 35.
4. Has shown exemplary leadership within their company and/or the construction industry.
5. Has shown significant involvement in industry and/or the association.
6. Works towards the promotion and advancement of the construction industry.
7. Has taken on progressively more responsibility, clearly underlining that they are a "rising star" - a major asset of your company/organization.
