Sean P. McKenna Young Construction Executive Leadership Award
The Sean McKenna Award is presented annually to a "rising star" in the Toronto construction industry with admirable qualities that ultimately make them great industry leaders. Winners distinguish themselves by going above and beyond the "call of duty" and make significant contributions to the overall betterment of the industry. Guideline criteria include:
Criteria
- Must be at or under the age of 35 and a YCEC member.
- Play a leadership role in their respective companies.
- Are committed to improving our industry and unselffishly volunteer beyond the call of duty.
- Earn the respect of their peers and make a genuine difference.
- Ethical conduct and professionalism are requisite qualities.

- Plaque in Construction Centre
- "Leadership Plaque" to recipient
