Trade Contractor Award

Criteria

1. Must be a TCA Member
2. If selected and not a member, opportunity to join is presented immediately
3. Effectiveness as:
   • A Leader
   • Change agent
   • Ethical practices
   • High environmental practices
   • High safety standards
   • Performance on site
   • Co-operative "partner" with regard to excellent working relationships
   • Involvement
   • Industry, TCA and Community
4. A specialty contractor is defined as a contractor whose role in the normal course of business is not as a general contractor. It includes all trade groups and any member who is designated a part of TCA's Trade Division
5. The intent is to identify and honour the best specialty contractor in the industry in a given year
6. The nomination(s) will be made by the Project's Prime Contractor
